Pricing

Prices vary depending on the season and demand. All prices include the applicable VAT. We reserve the right to make changes to our pricing.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoking outdoors is allowed, provided that guests take care of cleanliness and fire safety.

Keys and Access

You will receive check-in instructions prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for the keys and locking the property throughout their stay. Any costs resulting from lost keys will be charged to the guest.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival. After this period, a cancellation fee may be charged in accordance with the booking terms.

Bed Linen and Towels

Bed linen and towels are included in the accommodation. A change of linen and towels during your stay is available for an additional fee.

Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required for the reservation. The deposit will be refunded after departure, provided that the apartment has been left in good condition.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Any exceptions must be agreed upon separately in advance.

Cleaning

Final cleaning is included in the price unless otherwise stated. We kindly ask guests to leave the apartment in a tidy condition.
